Copyright and DMCA policy

We respect the rights of designers, engineers, and machinists. If you believe content on Grabcam infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will act on it quickly.

Send a notice

Email support@grabcam.net with the subject “DMCA notice”. Include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  3. The Grabcam link (URL) of each part or setup you want removed.
  4. This statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. This statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (your typed full name is enough).

If your notice is complete, we remove or disable the content and tell the person who uploaded it. Sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to share it, email us with the subject “DMCA counter-notice”. Include your name, address, and phone number; the link of the removed content; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the notice; and your signature. We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they don't file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
